Responsibilities- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing the best experience at the bars, in the restaurant, and at the bowling lanes
- Maintain a high degree of cleanliness and sanitation at bar areas, in the restaurant, and at the bowling lanes
- Deliver food to guests in the bar, in the restaurant, and at the bowling lanes
- Prepare cocktails, wine, and beer orders for bar guests and waitstaff orders
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
- Ensure bar is well stocked and clean
- Track guests' behavior and sales
- Maintain drink recipe documentation
- Perform all applicable opening, mid-day, and/or closing procedures
- Bus tables
- Perform other duties as assigned by Dining & Events Manager
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Service experience as a bartender
- Ability to operate computer, cash register, and credit card verification equipment
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, and be familiar with standard drink recipes
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
- Possess good guest relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude, team oriented
- Well groomed and neat appearance
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability mandatory for consideration of employment
- Sips and Tips certified
