Loveland Living Planet Aquarium (LLPA) is a world‑class facility. The Aquarium provides learning opportunities for all levels, interests, and ages. Since opening its new facility in Draper in March 2014, the Aquarium has welcomed over eight million guests and provided innumerable educational experiences to students. Home to almost 5,000 animals representing 600 plus species and an additional 600 plus plant species, the Aquarium showcases ecosystems from around the planet including kelp forests, coral reefs, the deep ocean, Antarctic waters, Asian cloud forests, South American rain forests, and the waterways of our home state of Utah.

The Banquet Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages at guests’ requests. This may include preparing mixed drinks, as well as pouring wine and beer. Responsibilities include money handling, beverage pouring, providing servers drinks from the service well, and established alcohol service policies.

Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership, making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five‑star, white‑gloved experience is delivered.

The tipped hourly rate of pay for this position ranges from $14 to $16. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an "at‑will" position and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

• Greets guests, takes orders, and processes credit card transactions with ease
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages
• May include providing servers drinks from the service well
• Adheres to all established alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, including checking patrons’ identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning, sanitizing, and moving product
• Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels
• Provides excellent guest service, anticipating guests’ needs and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co‑workers, etc.
• Uses all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) and notes when equipment is not operable
• Takes appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets
• Interacts with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business‑related activities and attends meetings, as required
