What You'll Do (Duties & Responsibilities)
  • Lead and supervise team members throughout assigned shifts
  • Ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service across attractions, food & beverage, and points of sale
  • Manage staffing levels and delegate duties efficiently
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Enforce safety standards and compliance requirements
  • Train, coach, and support new and existing employees
  • Uphold company policies and procedures consistently
  • Participate in performance feedback and evaluations
  • Manage opening and closing procedures accurately
  • Communicate clearly with upper management regarding shift performance, staffing, and operational issues
Who you are
  • Positive Attitude:

  • Experienced:
    Prior supervisory experience, ideally in entertainment, hospitality, or food service
  • Leader:
    Able to motivate, develop, and direct a team in a busy environment

    Understands the importance of guest satisfaction and experience quality

  • Minimum Age Requirement:
    Must be at least 21 years old
