GARAGE GRILL Drape  r is seeking an experienced Front of House Assistant Manager to help lead our full-service restaurant and deliver exceptional hospitality to every guest.

As the Assistant Manager - Front of House, you'll work alongside the General Manager to ensure outstanding daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and uphold GARAGE GRILL's commitment to exceptional food, service, and hospitality.
Assist in leading all daily front-of-house restaurant operations.
Monitor labor costs, sales performance, and operating expenses to achieve profitability goals.
Review labor reports and tip distributions on a bi-weekly basis to ensure payroll accuracy.
Manage scheduling and daily staffing levels to support efficient operations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, food quality, and presentation.
Ensure compliance with Utah DABS regulations, health department requirements, food safety standards, and company policies.
Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and support cost-control initiatives.
Help implement local marketing and guest retention initiatives.
Ensure employees maintain professional appearance, excellent product knowledge, and exceptional guest service.
Stay current on hospitality trends and identify opportunities to improve operations and the overall guest experience.
Minimum two (2) years of recent management experience in a full-service restaurant that serves beer, wine, and spirits.
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop restaurant teams.
Strong understanding of labor management, scheduling, and restaurant financial performance.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and guest service skills.

Experience with Aloha POS or comparable restaurant management systems is preferred.
Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Full-Time
Additional hours may be required during holidays and peak business periods.
