Team Member – Honest Eatery

Guest Experience
:
Greet every guest with warmth and positivity. Take orders, answer questions, and ensure every bowl and toast meets Honest Eatery standards.

Food Preparation
:
Prepare food accurately, efficiently, and safely while following recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards.

Teamwork
:
Work collaboratively with your teammates and Shift Lead to keep operations running smoothly during both slow and high-volume periods.

Cleanliness & Organization
:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout your shift, including front and back of house.

Following Standards
:
Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.

Responsibility & Reliability
:
Arrive on time, follow schedules, and complete assigned tasks with care and accountability.
