This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with Bamboo

As an Outbound BDR, you will proactively initiate contact with new leads, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets. You will articulate value propositions and product benefits to enhance the quality of phone interactions, ensuring prospects understand the message clearly. Your role will involve qualifying leads, handling objections, and managing complex sales situations to drive sales success. This is a hybrid role with in-office work mode Tuesday through Thursday at our beautiful Draper campus.

You will:
- Initiate contact with new leads without needing external prompts.
- Maintain a high volume of cold calls each day, viewing rejection as a learning opportunity.
- Build strong relationships with prospects, prioritizing meaningful connections over quick sales.
- Collaborate with team members, sharing successful strategies, and supporting team goals.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to shape your territory planning and account strategy.
- Adapt to changes in team dynamics, leadership, or roles while maintaining productivity.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- 1-2 years' experience as an SDR or BDR identifying and qualifying sales opportunities while articulating product value propositions via phone and email preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to keep detailed records and prioritize tasks.
- High emotional intelligence to build rapport and maintain professionalism during conflicts.
- Ability to achieve monthly performance KPIs and opportunity creation quotas.
