We don’t throw you into the deep end.
Every new team member goes through our in-house Sales Boot Camp — a structured, hands‑on program that will familiarize you with every part of insurance roofing, including:
- How to confidently pitch, inspect, and close
- How to conduct a professional roofing inspection
- Intro to the insurance process and documentation flow
- How to work with homeowners from first contact to install
- Real-world scenarios, role‑plays, and mentorship
By the time you’re in the field, you’ll know exactly what to do — and you’ll never be left guessing.
What You’ll Do- Meet with homeowners in storm-affected/warm areas
- Build rapport and gain the trust of homeowners
- Qualify, set inspection appointments, and submit lead information
- Attend weekly team meetings and trainings
- Hit daily and weekly performance metrics
CLOSE personal deals, as well as provided leads
- A reliable form of Transportation/Valid Driver’s License
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.Past sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Previous customer service skills is a bonus
- Commitment to mastering roofing fundamentals through ongoing training
