. Join us as an onsite position in Draper, Utah, Monday to Friday. You Will Do
- Develop and deliver interactive phone communication and discovery call training programs.
- Use call recordings and data to identify coaching opportunities and trends.
- Run hands‑on roleplays, live coaching sessions, and certification programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to reinforce best practices across the sales org.
- Maintain and update call playbooks, voicemail frameworks, and objection‑handling guides.
- Measure program success through call metrics, conversion rates, and rep feedback.
- Travel to Draper, UT office 4x per year for meetings (if you're not within commutable distance to Draper.)
- 3+ years in sales training, enablement, or sales leadership
- Expertise in consultative or value-based selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC or similar).
- Deep understanding of modern sales communication and qualification techniques
- A knack for creating engaging, high‑energy learning experiences
- Strong presence on the phone — you can model what great sounds like
