• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Customer education on the Golden Rules of Tanning and compliance with company and legal requirements
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail or customer service environment
• Physical ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours per day)
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including nights and weekends)
