• Learn about and develop a thorough knowledge of P&C and Life & Health insurance products.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Provide personalized insurance solutions to meet the needs of individual clients and businesses.
• Conduct policy reviews and offer recommendations to ensure clients have appropriate coverage.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
• Assist clients with claims processing and provide ongoing support throughout the claims process.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide the best advice to clients.
• Participate in community events and activities to enhance the State Farm brand and build relationships.
