Post‑Acute Wound Healing Specialist (Salt Lake City, UT)
Base Pay Range: $/yr – $/yr
Key Responsibilities- Routinely consult with clinicians to ensure safe and effective use of Solventum products.
- Provide outpatient bedside support for product placement and dressing changes to maximize therapy effectiveness.
- Deliver sustainable business growth by meeting sales targets through effective account and territory management.
- Identify and resolve customer financial and clinical priorities.
- Educate clinicians on product use, including in‑service training.
- Partner with prescribers to initiate therapy orders and secure required billing documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
- Use clinical and economic evidence to advocate for and expand therapy adoption, including advanced solutions and new product introductions.
- Persuade key stakeholders to endorse proposed solutions and products.
- Provide customer support and service.
- Demonstrate proficiency upon successful completion of the sales training program.
- Leverage company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking.
- Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
This position requires use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum’s Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program. Candidates must successfully complete a pre‑hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review, maintain ongoing eligibility, and comply with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign‑off. Ongoing monitoring of motor vehicle history will be conducted.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree or higher

* * 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience. - High School Diploma/GED
** AND
* * 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experience. - Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
- Proven track record of sales quota and target attainment.
- Prior wound care, medical device, or DME sales/clinical experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers (e.g., surgeons).
- Proven experience in territory management and business planning.
- Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas.
- Understanding of the U.S. health insurance and reimbursement landscape.
- Customer‑focused selling and closing skills.
- Experience navigating complex selling cycles.
- Completion of a formal sales training program.
- Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience navigating new product introductions and the value analysis process.
- Outstanding data and analytical skills.
Entry into healthcare or other third‑party facilities may require certain licenses, vaccinations, or other credentials (collectively “prerequisites to entry”). All information will be handled in compliance with applicable law and Solventum policies.
Location & TravelRemote (Salt Lake City, UT). Field‑based role with up to 20% overnight travel, depending on territory.
