Team members collaborate closely with clients to bring visual communication ideas to life from concept through completion.

The Center Sales & Customer Service role is a full-time, on-site position based at FASTSIGNS® of Draper/Riverton in Draper, UT. This role is responsible for welcoming walk-in and call-in customers, identifying their signage and visual communication needs, and providing consultative guidance on available solutions. Day-to-day tasks include preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating project details, and ensuring clear communication between customers, design, and production teams.

The role also involves managing follow-ups, maintaining accurate customer records, and supporting center sales initiatives through proactive outreach and lead nurturing. Team members are expected to contribute to a positive, professional environment and uphold fast, reliable, and service-focused standards.

• Strong Communication skills, including active listening, clear speaking, and professional writing.
• Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship building.
• Sales skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and managing a basic sales pipeline.
• Experience in Training or coaching teammates or new hires, and familiarity with Sales Management concepts is beneficial.
• Basic computer proficiency, including use of CRM or point-of-sale systems, email, and office productivity tools.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Draper, UT, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in retail, print, signage, or a customer-facing business environment is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
