You’ll build meaningful relationships, share the Orange theory story, and help people take the first step toward becoming stronger, healthier versions of themselves.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, goal-driven individuals who love connecting with people, enjoy sales, and are motivated by achieving results.

• Drive Membership Sales: Present membership options, communicate the value of Orange theory, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Manage Leads and Follow-Up: Connect with prospective members through calls, texts, emails, and other outreach to book introductory classes.
• Convert Guests into Members: Understand individual fitness goals and help guests find the membership that best fits their needs.
• Create Exceptional Experiences: Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Build Community Relationships: Participate in local outreach, referral initiatives, promotions, and studio events.
• Support Member Retention: Develop meaningful relationships with current members and contribute to a welcoming studio environment.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Work toward individual and studio performance targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Support Studio Operations: Assist with front-desk responsibilities and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
