Director, Franchise Intelligence

Thebrandsare brought to our consumers through anetwork of independent,Company-owned, or controlled bottling plants, as well as distribution operations who manufacture, package, merchandise, and distribute the finished branded beverages to our customers and vending partners..We are looking for candidates with bottling or general management experience that can build relationships and execute our strategies across our network and strong analytical skills.

• Responsible for weekly/monthly performance management, which includes industry competition and execution assessment.

• Reporting on revenue, volume, share, transaction metrics.

• Monitors performance versus execution objectives and provides feedback to key stakeholders.

• Identify local growth opportunities.

• Measures the execution of the commercial strategy and plans with franchise execution leads and bottling partners.

• Responsible for collaborating on the contingency plan to deliver annual business plan performance in channels to include revenue, volume, share, net outlets, SOVI (share of visual inventory), and pricing.

• Assesses local Bottler execution and commercial capabilities against established commercial strategies and objectives by developing information tools and translating data to insights.

• Coordinates scorecards and business routines to achieve the annual business plan.

• Work with franchise team to contribute to the planning process.

• Monitor'smarket conditions and reports competitive activity to management, Bottler, and local associates in order to understand program effectiveness and any implementation barriers.

• Bachelor’s degreein Business, Marketing, Management required,Master’sdegree a plus.

• 5 or more yearsinconsumer-packaged goods organization responsible fordirect sales, SP&I, key account or franchise management.

• Must have experience withannualbusinessplanning, forecasting, customer and distributor management and demonstrate a track record for delivering positive revenue results.

• Demonstrate passion for selling, negotiating, relationship building in an entrepreneurial environment.

• Understanding of channel marketing, syndicated marketing research and competitive analysis and how toutilizethis knowledge to drive sales.

• Must possess excellent relationship building skills, as well as strategic leadership abilities.

• Strong Analytical, data management and presentation skills.

• The ability to influence outcomes and be persuasive are ideal.
