Experienced GSOC Operator – Weekends Only – Part Time – Lehi, UT
Join the Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. team as an Experienced GSOC Operator. This role supports safe environments through centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring, alarm monitoring, incident reporting, and emergency dispatch.
What Your Day May Look Like- Respond to all alarms, disturbances and incidents.
- Write reports, send emails, and maintain day‑to‑day operations.
- Display proficiency in responding to medical incidents and CPR/AED.
- Patrol interior and exterior of the premises.
- Serve as a general security presence and visible deterrent.
- Detect suspicious activities and watch for criminal acts.
- Report all incidents and medical emergencies to Leadership.
- Follow procedures for emergencies such as medical incidents, bomb threats, fire alarms or intrusion.
- Complete shift assignments, including overtime if assigned.

- 21 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
- Standard computer / technology skills.
- Conflict resolution and de‑escalation skills a plus.
- Professional interaction with a wide range of individuals.
- Great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
- Emergency response with rapid/effective judgment and use of appropriate escalation.
- Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening, drug screen and background investigation.
- Fluent in English.
- Reliable transportation.
- Well rested, alert, punctual and professional appearance.
- Neat uniform and friendly demeanor.
- High‑quality customer service and clear communication.
- Experienced in CPR, First Aid, and AED training and certification.
- 1-2 years SOC, GSOC, Customer Service Call Center experience.
- Dispatch, EMS Escalations, Awareness concerning Access Control Security Concepts experience.
- Leadership skills needed (accountability, SLA’s, metric driven, goal oriented).
- Resourceful, independent, and flexible for Client / Operational support engagements.
- Exposure to Security Incident Management Tools (Alarm Management, CCTV, Geo‑Fencing, Geo‑Political Intel / Risk Intelligence).
- Stand/walk for an entire shift on tile, concrete, and carpet.
- Climb stairs and ramps.
- Bend/twist at waist/knees/neck to perform duties.
- Lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
- Work in various environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as cold, rain or heat.
- Constant mental alertness and attention to detail required.
