Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician with experience in traffic signal wiring and installation
. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of traffic signal systems, underground conduit work, pole and cabinet installation, and adherence to state and local standards.

• Install, maintain, and repair traffic signal systems, wiring, and control cabinets
• Perform underground conduit and wiring installation per UDOT and local standards
• Set poles, mast arms, and signal heads
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues efficiently
• Ensure compliance with NEC, MUTCD, and all safety regulations
• Collaborate with project managers, inspectors, and crew members to complete projects on time
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed

• Current Utah Journeyman Electrician License (or ability to reciprocate)
• Minimum 3–5 years electrical experience; traffic signal or roadway lighting preferred
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as required
• CDL preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork
