As an employee, we will first get an understanding of your skill set and determine a course of action to ensure that we cater to your particular strengths and assess the skills that may not yet have been developed.

• Schedule work Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with adjustments accommodated as reasonable.
• Assign 1-3 jobs each day, ranging in scope from ceiling fan installations to full bathroom remodels.
• Use the company’s smartphone app to view the time, place, description of work, anticipated hours required, price estimate and customer contact information.
• Call the customer to confirm, prepare with the appropriate tools, pick up specified material and arrive on schedule.
• Take photos of the area and collect the customer’s signature before any work begins.
• Complete the work with the utmost dedication to customer service and quality, adjusting the cost (change order) if additional work is required.
• Take final photos and obtain the last customer signature upon completion.
