• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to ensure everything is working properly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks
• Explains each service performed to the client and ensures customers are satisfied with all work
• Maintains a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving
• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times
• Helps train junior technicians as needed
• Serves as head of work quality for all jobs performed by the company

• Must have applicable certifications and licensing required by the state of Utah as a Master Plumber
• Expert knowledge of residential plumbing systems and codes
• Self-driven and responsible
• Interest in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Desire for growth and advancement opportunities
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Sales aptitude with ethical upselling practices

Compensation: $39.00 - $55.00 per hour
