Support Heavy Civil Construction operations by building secure, AI-powered solutions and data integrations using modern Microsoft technologies.
Responsibilities- Work closely with business and construction operations teams to identify opportunities for technology and AI solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, automations, dashboards, and data integrations
- Build solutions using Microsoft Azure
, Fabric
, Power BI
, and other modern AI technologies - Create AI-powered workflows using tools such as Claude
, Microsoft Copilot
, and Azure AI - Translate complex data into practical tools that improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making
- Own projects from initial concept through deployment and ongoing support
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business leaders to deliver solutions that are secure and scalable
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, AI solutions, or a related field
- Strong programming and development skills including SQL and REST APIs
- Experience with at least one of the following:
Python
, .NET
, Type Script , or similar languages - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
, Fabric
, Power Platform
, or comparable cloud technologies - Experience developing AI solutions, automations, or data-driven applications
- Ability to work independently, communicate with non-technical teams, and convert business needs into working solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

, or a related field

, REST APIs - Python
