Position: Growth Marketer (1-year contract)

The Growth Marketer is a seasoned expert and strategic leader in digital marketing, with a strong focus on elevating the bank’s brand presence in the market. You design, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that not only build and strengthen brand awareness and reputation across all digital channels but also drive customer acquisition.

From brand-building initiatives to targeted acquisition campaigns, you ensure that every campaign reinforces the bank’s unique value proposition and fosters long-term brand loyalty.
You initiate groupwide strategic programs that accelerate digital performance and enhance brand visibility, ensuring the bank remains top-of-mind for prospective customers. Your responsibility spans the entire customer journey—from designing and launching impactful, groupwide brand campaigns to enabling high-performing, locally tailored initiatives that align with overarching brand guidelines.
As the architect of digital ways of working, you establish and manage best practices for brand and performance marketing at both the group and local level. You ensure that all digital activities are fully compliant with EU legislation and regulatory requirements, safeguarding the bank’s reputation and trustworthiness. Through your leadership, the bank’s brand grows stronger, driving both customer acquisition and long-term business value.
How You Will Make a Difference  You enable Triodos to grow its customer base in a way that is effective, compliant and aligned with our mission. Your key responsibilities are:
Developing digital marketing strategies and tactics to continuously improve digital campaign performance on brand and conversion targets and ensure endorsement and implementation on local level
Executing, managing and optimizing groupwide digital marketing campaigns
Monitoring and analyzing performance of local marketing activities, preparing reports and insights for continuous improvement and sharing feedback with group teams
Integrating digital and offline marketing plans to drive maximum performance from all campaign channels
Measuring, analyzing and reporting on digital marketing performance and constantly driving better measurement and analytics
Overseeing market trends and capabilities to stay abreast of digital marketing developments, evaluate and implement relevant new features and technologies, and proactively drive the organization's digital marketing capabilities
Initiating, owning and actively contributing to strategic initiatives and programs to drive change and improve marketing performance and customer experience
Managing relationships and contracts with stakeholders, suppliers and agencies, ensuring transparency, quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness
