Philadelphia zoekt Begeleider LVB op Rijsenburgselaan in Driebergen voor 16–32 uur per week. Je ondersteunt bewoners met een lichte verstandelijke beperking bij zelfstandig wonen, biedt structuur en laat ruimte voor eigen regie.
Je werkt in een kleinschalige locatie met een hecht team, rapporteert in het ECD en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van de locatie. ervaring met LVB en mbo-opleiding zijn gewenst; het team biedt ruimte om te groeien.
