Architectural Designer - Exclusive to White Label Recruitment

White Label are working on an exclusive basis in the search for an enthusiastic Architectural Designer to join a specialist design and R&D team for a market‑leading business delivering innovative architectural and research projects.

You will support the team by creating Revit families and building templates, producing architectural building blocks, and assisting with non‑project architectural work. In addition, you'll work on R&D projects including fire testing, robust testing, and blast testing. This role requires self‑management and flexibility, as you will be expected to adapt to the team's needs and contribute to improving design processes.

• Architectural background with strong proficiency in Revit - MUST
• Self‑motivated and adaptable to a dynamic team environment
• Experience or interest in R&D outputs for architectural design
• Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks

• Salary: £30,000 - £50,000
• 26 days holiday + bank holidays (increases with service)
• 37.5‑hour working week (Mon‑Thu 8 am‑5 pm, Fri 8 am‑2 pm)
• Hybrid working – 1 day WFH per week or 4 per month (flexible)
