About the Role

Due to continued development across a manufacturing FMCG site, Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineer to strengthen an engineering team based in East Riding.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer to work alongside the Site Engineering Manager in maintaining and improving a modern production facility.

The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping equipment running efficiently, reducing downtime, and supporting ongoing site improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production equipment and site machinery
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime
Support the Engineering Manager with maintenance planning and site improvements
Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment
Work closely with production teams to maintain operational efficiency
Ensure all work complies with health & safety and food safety standards
Maintain clear and accurate maintenance records
Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer within manufacturing, food production, or FMCG environments
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
Experience working with mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and organisational skills
Desirable

Electrical certification or relevant electrical qualifications
