10 Ltd is seeking a DFMA Supervisor to run the Skerne Park workshop, turning approved designs into accurate assemblies that arrive on time and ready to install. You will lead a small hands-on team, work on tools when required, and own the quality and flow of every assembly leaving the workshop.
Key duties include planning daily activity, ensuring drawings are followed, and maintaining strict QA/QC with hold points and traceability, while coaching staff and reporting to management.
