Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for healthcare? We seek an enthusiastic Administrator to be part of our Neighbourhood Mental Health team in Droitwich.
This role is 37.5 hours a week. Processes are in place to support flexible working requests.
In this important role you'll use your knowledge, experience and expertise to provide essential support to our hard‑working Clinical Team as well as the other members of the vital administration team.
You will be a strong communicator supporting a wide range of people including patients and healthcare professionals. You will be responsive and adapt to the needs of the service, and be sure that your hard work will make a difference to our patients and service users everyday.

Main duties of the jobA typical day as an Administrator may involve:
- Maintaining patient records effectively and accurately.
- Minute professional meetings.
- General office duties such as typing, scanning, photocopying, printing.
- Scheduling appointments/meetings.
- Handling correspondence ingoing/outgoing mail.
- Handling queries over the phone and face to face from staff, patients, and external agencies.
- Looking after a shared email inbox.
- Assisting the team with various administrative tasks.

Person Specification Experience- Previous NHS experience.
- Minute taking experience.
- Ability to challenge poor behaviour and be a positive role model.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English in both written and verbal formats.

- Educated to vocational Level 3 in Business Administration, otherwise
- Educated to vocational Level 2 with NHS administrative experience and will be expected to undertake the relevant Level 3 qualification on appointment to post.
