Civils Site Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Civils Site Manage r to lead the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of civil engineering projects

.You’ll be site based overseeing works from mobilisation to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring groundworks, drainage, remediation and infrastructure projects are delivered to the highest standards

• ts Create and manage construction programmes in Microsoft Project, keeping activities on track and on sequen
• ce Monitor progress and step in with recovery plans when the programme sli
• psWork confidently from drawings and CAD plans, carrying out accurate setting out as need
• ed Support commercial teams with Bills of Quantities, material take‑offs and cost monitori
• ngLead site meetings, toolbox talks and produce clear reports, forecasts and risk assessmen
• ts Communicate effectively with clients, consultants and internal teams while promoting best practice and representing EPS Civils professional
