About the Role:We’re recruiting for a Social Media Content Lead to take full creative ownership of multiple fast‑growing consumer brands and their social presence. This is a hands‑on, senior creative role focused on shaping how brands look, sound, and tell their stories across Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube.
You’ll be responsible for leading the creative direction, content strategy, and daily output across social channels — producing engaging, high‑quality video and photography that builds audiences, strengthens brand identity, and drives measurable engagement.
This is not a strategy‑only or management‑only position. It’s ideal for a strong creator who loves being behind the camera, filming, editing, shooting photography, and turning everyday moments into compelling social content.
You’ll work across a portfolio of exciting brands spanning food, entertainment, and lifestyle, with the autonomy to decide what content gets made and how each brand shows up day to day.
Key Responsibilities:Creative Direction & Storytelling
- Own the creative direction and editorial output of all social channels
- Define each brand’s tone of voice, visual style, and storytelling approach
- Develop repeatable content formats and series rather than one‑off posts
- Set and maintain high creative standards for quality and consistency
- Plan, film, edit, and publish short‑form video for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and You Tube Shorts
- Capture high‑quality product, lifestyle, and behind‑the‑scenes photography
- Create visually engaging static posts and carousel content
- Turn day‑to‑day brand activity into engaging social‑first storytelling
- Tailor content to different audiences, brands, and objectives
- Review performance insights and refine content formats accordingly
- Stay ahead of trends and apply them creatively and selectively
- Produce ad‑ready creative assets from briefs
- Create multiple variations of hooks, edits, and captions to support testing
- Collaborate closely with the Paid Social Lead to maximise performance
- Strong experience creating content for brand accounts (not just personal or influencer profiles)
- Proven ability to shape and grow a brand’s social presence
- Confident planning, shooting, and editing both video and photography
- Extensive experience producing short‑form video content
- Skilled with tools such as Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom or similar
- Strong visual taste and creative judgement
- Comfortable appearing on camera when needed
- Self‑sufficient and organised, able to manage your own content pipeline
- Proactive, creative thinker with a strong eye for what performs well on social
