Hourly Rate: ?14.94 per hour

• Panel preparation, surface finishing, and masking of components
• Spray gun setup, mixing paint, thinners, and additives to required specifications
• Wet spray application and textured finishes on large steel fabrications, tubes, and panels
• Ensure compliance with COSHH regulations and safe handling of hazardous materials
• Safe operation of forklifts, cranes, and ladders
• Deliver high-quality finishes in a timely manner while maintaining safety standards

• Proven experience as an industrial painter, with a strong background in wet spray techniques
• Ability to prep, mask, and spray large steel fabrications and panels
• Understanding of COSHH guidelines and safety protocols for hazardous materials
• Forklift and crane certification (or willingness to complete training)
• Familiarity with different types of spray paints, thinners, and additives
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high‑quality results

• Holiday: 33 days/year (5 days above statutory), plus extra days for long service (up to 38 days)
• Pension: 5% employee, 4% employer contribution
• Bonus:
  Up to 11% (based on company performance), paid in March (cash or pension)
• Sick Pay: 6 weeks (up to 4 years service), 12 weeks (after 4+ years)
• Death in Service: 4? pensionable salary from day one
• Workwear & PPE:
  Provided as required
