Workforce Staffing in Worcester is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead inspections and NDT testing, ensuring full traceability of materials and assemblies. You will create quality plans, manage NCRs, and drive continuous improvement on high‑precision projects.
You will mentor shop floor staff on inspection criteria and safety, while interfacing with clients and inspectors to manage hold points and approvals. A strong background in mechanical/electromechanical fabrication and ISO 9001 is preferred.
