Availability Window
Sun 14:00–23:00, Mon 09:00–18:00, Tue 14:00–23:00, Thu 05:30–14:30
Pay and HoursPay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
Minimum AgeApplicants must be 18 years old or over.
Responsibilities- Lead the team to deliver a great customer experience in-store.
- Work across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
- Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
- Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
- Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
- Coaching colleagues, give feedback and role‑model great service.
- Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day.
- Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
- Build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
- Communicate clearly, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
- Be a natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
- Experience working in a team‑lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
