Car Sales Executive

Location: Droitwich

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an independent specialist dealership in Droitwich, Worcestershire, for the position of Sales Executive. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced motor trade professional to join a dynamic team specialising in prestige and performance vehicles. The Sales Executive role offers a competitive basic salary of £23,500 with an achievable on-target earnings of approximately £55,000 per annum.

The successful individual will benefit from a professional, independent working environment, with a strong commission structure to reward sales performance.

Working hours Monday–Thursday, 8:30am–5pm;
Friday, 8:30am–4pm;
Saturday, 9am–1pm (2 Saturdays per month)

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

Manage customer enquiries from first contact through to vehicle handover
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Handle part-exchanges and negotiate vehicle deals
Present finance, warranty, and insurance products effectively
Follow up on leads and develop new sales opportunities
Deliver excellent customer service at all stages of the sales process
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of vehicles, products, and dealership offerings

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the automotive sector
Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience with prestige or performance vehicles preferred
Commercially aware with a target-driven approach
Good understanding of finance options and valuation of part-exchanges
Professional, approachable manner
Full UK driving licence
