* Monday–Thursday: 08:00–16:30

* Friday: 07:30–15:00
The company is looking for a proactive and reliable Packing and Despatch Operative to join their growing team. This permanent role offers stability, a supportive working environment, and the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring products reach customers accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

* Pick, pack and prepare orders to meet daily despatch targets with accuracy and care.

* Operate a Counterbalance forklift safely, efficiently, and in line with all company procedures.

* Input and update data within warehouse systems, ensuring all information is correct and up to date.

* Carry out manual handling tasks safely and confidently.

* Maintain stock areas to ensure they remain tidy, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.

* Collaborate with team members to support smooth warehouse operations and resolve any issues promptly.
Skills and Experience

* Valid Counterbalance licence (essential).

* Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

* Strong attention to detail, particularly when inputting data and preparing orders.

* Previous experience in a warehouse, picking/packing, or despatch environment is advantageous.

* Good organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

* Dependable and team-focused, with a positive and proactive approach to daily tasks.
