Up to £28,000 per annum (Plus Premium Rate Overtime)

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Production Operative to work on a rotational shift pattern in our fast-paced manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Work in a team to meet production targets and maintain high standards of product quality.
• Perform routine checks on machinery and report any faults or issues to supervisors.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing products for distribution.
• Ensure products meet quality control standards and report any defects or issues.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth flow of production across shifts.
• Participate in regular training to improve skills and meet operational needs.

Shift Pattern:

• 3-day work week (12-hour shifts) followed by a 4-day work week (12-hour shifts).
• Alternating between 2 weeks of night shifts and 2 weeks of day shifts.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts as part of the rotational shift pattern.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude to problem-solving and maintenance tasks.
