We are looking for an experienced and engaging Quality Culture Manager to strengthen food safety and quality ownership across our manufacturing operation.
This is a highly visible, shop-floor-focused role. You will work closely with colleagues, supervisors and managers across Bakehouse, Decoration and Packing to turn technical standards into clear, practical everyday behaviours.
Key responsibilitiesQuality Culture Manager
Location: Graham’s Bakery, Dromore
Reporting to: Head of Technical
- Embed a strong food safety and quality culture across the site.
- Maintain a visible presence within production through regular quality walks.
- Coach supervisors, team leaders and Quality Auditors to identify issues, elevate concerns and sustain corrective actions.
- Promote a “Quality at Source” and Right First Time approach.
- Lead root cause analysis for significant and recurring quality issues.
- Analyse trends in complaints, defects, rework, GMP performance and non-conformances.
- Support Lean and continuous improvement activities.
- Strengthen operational ownership of GMP standards.
- Support the Quality Management System, BRCGS and customer audit readiness.
- Assist with HACCP, VACCP, TACCP, internal audits and corrective actions.
- Drive reductions in complaints, repeat issues, waste and rework.
This role would suit someone who is confident working directly with operational teams and can coach, influence and challenge others to make quality part of how we work every day.
