iRecruit4 are recruiting for a Quality Control Inspector to join a manufacturing business in Swindon on a 3-month temporary contract. We're looking for someone with previous inspection or quality experience who is confident working carefully and accurately in a manufacturing environment. You'll be checking parts and finished products, making sure they meet the required standards and keeping accurate records of your checks.

This would suit someone who enjoys hands-on quality work and has a good eye for detail. Pay, Hours & Benefits for Quality Control: £30,000 to £35,000 Salary 3-month temporary contract Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 Full-time hours Swindon based Opportunity to gain experience within a regulated manufacturing environment Duties for Quality Control:
Inspecting components and finished products to ensure they meet the required standards Carrying out measurements and quality checks using tools such as calipers, micrometers and gauges Checking work against drawings, specifications and instructions Recording inspection results accurately Identifying any defects or quality issues and reporting these to the relevant team Supporting checks throughout the production process Helping with incoming and final product inspections Working closely with Production and Quality teams Keeping quality records and paperwork up to date Requirements for Quality Control:
Previous experience in Quality Control, Inspection or a similar role

Experience with in manufacturing, ideally a regulated or precision environment Good attention to detail and a methodical approach Comfortable using measuring and inspection equipment Able to read and follow technical information, drawings or specifications Good written and verbal communication skills Confident using basic computer systems Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience within medical devices would be advantageous Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 13485 would be beneficial but is not essential If you have previous quality or inspection experience we'd love to hear from you, please click apply today.
