Graham’s Bakery in Dromore is seeking a Quality Culture Manager. The role focuses on strengthening food safety and quality ownership across the site, working closely with Operations, Technical, Engineering and People teams to embed a culture of quality at source and continuous improvement.
The role is highly visible on the shop floor, demanding proactive coaching of supervisors and team leaders to sustain high GMP standards and effective corrective actions.
