About You

We are seeking a full‑time Store Assistant Manager for maternity cover at the DV8 store in Omagh. You should be passionate about customers, people, and products, bring a motivating approach, and have experience in retail or comparable roles. Great communication skills and calmness under pressure are essential.

About The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team.
• Step in to cover the store when required.
• Create an atmosphere that delivers excellent service, meets performance targets, and ensures accurate stock processes.
• Demonstrate a hands‑on approach to all operational and commercial activities.
• Safeguard the store’s security by following procedures and keyholding, and ensuring team compliance.
