Due to continued growth, an established and high-performing sales environment is seeking to appoint an ambitious Sales Consultant to join its expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional, from any sector, to move into a consultative, high-value sales role with significant earning potential and structured training.

As a key member of the sales team, you will guide customers through the full purchase journey, from initial enquiry to completion. Success in this role comes from a consultative approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to understand customer needs and match them to the right solution.

• Achieve agreed sales targets and performance KPIs
• Engage with customers across in-person, phone, and digital channels
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options
• Proactively manage and convert enquiries to build a strong sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Deliver a professional and high-quality customer experience throughout

• Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing commercial role (sector not essential)
• Background in retail, automotive, B2C, telesales, or consultative sales environments welcomed
• Strong communication and rapport-building ability
• Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach
• Comfortable using IT systems and CRM platforms
• Full UK driving licence
