We're delighted to be supporting our client in the search for a Head of Customer Operations to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing multi-brand business where you'll play an important role in leading and improving the customer service function across five brands.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead customer service operations across multiple brands, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience
• Review and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and performance
• Manage, develop and restructure the customer service team
• Introduce KPIs and reporting to drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
• Experience in customer service or operations leadership
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Experience improving processes and implementing systems
• Previous experience managing or developing a team
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for customer service
