• Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Handling files from instruction through to completion with appropriate supervision
• Drafting contracts, reviewing title documents and raising enquiries
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression of transactions
• Providing clear, commercially practical advice to clients throughout the process
• Maintaining accurate file management and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Supporting the wider team during peak periods and contributing to a positive working environment
