Registered Home Manager

The Company is a leading care home provider with 30 homes across the North of England and The Midlands. They are seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a dedicated team.

• To take overall responsibility for a safe, effective and welcoming environment.
• Lead, motivate and drive a nursing team.
• Ensure the highest standards of care, dignity and independence for residents.
• Work with residents, families, staff and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.
• To be able to market new residents to increase occupancy.

• Experienced in a management role in a nursing care setting for multiple years.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.
• NVQ Level 5.
• Good record of CQC inspections.
• Supportive structure.
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays (+extra day of every year you have worked there).
