Based in Derbyshire, you will lead a full pre-opening journey with the backing of an established care provider. Package & Benefits Salary of £60, per annum. 20% performance related bonus. Key Responsibilities Manage a medium sized residential care home. Achieve and maintain CQC registration, embedding strong governance and compliance from the outset. Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing senior and frontline team. Establish a positive culture focused on quality, dignity, and sustainable growth. About You Proven experience commissioning a care home or service. Experience working as a Registered Manager in a CQC-regulated care environment.
