As we continue to develop and modernise our operations, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to play a critical leadership role within our Dronfield site.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the Site Leadership Team and acting as a key operational leader, this role is effectively the number two within the warehouse function and has a significant influence across warehousing, logistics, materials management, customer service, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead warehouse operations across Goods In, Storage, Dispatch and Nights.
Manage a team of 45 through 6 Team Leaders.
Drive OTIF, stock accuracy, service and cost performance.
Ensure timely material supply to production and efficient dispatch operations.
Lead continuous improvement, safety and operational excellence.
About You
A hands-on warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, challenges the status quo and delivers measurable improvements.
Essential Experience
Warehouse, Logistics or Distribution Management experience.
Strong background in low shelf-life, perishable FMCG or food manufacturing environments .
Proven experience leading large teams through first-line managers.
Track record of improving operational performance, efficiency and stock accuracy. xcunqrw
Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control and distribution operations.
Results-driven leader with a proactive, accountable approach
