Kenniscentrum Sociaal Domein in Dronten zoekt een Wmo Consulent Complexe Casuïstiek & Regievoering. In deze rol ondersteun je inwoners met complexe ondersteuningsvragen en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele Wmo-proces, van onderzoek tot monitoring.
Je bent minimaal 4 dagen per week op locatie aanwezig en hebt een HBO-bacheloropleiding met minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring. Wij bieden een uitdagende functie in een fijne werkomgeving en ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
