Kenniscentrum-Sociaal-Domein in Dronten zoekt een Wmo Consulent voor complexe casuïstiek. In deze rol ondersteun je inwoners met complexe vragen op het gebied van maatschappelijke zorg en werk je samen met diverse partners binnen het sociaal domein.
Je brengt een HBO-bachelor en minimaal 5 jaar ervaring mee, waaronder kennis van de Wmo. Wij bieden een uitdagende functie, goede werksfeer en mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
