Kenniscentrum Sociaal Domein zoekt een ervaren Wmo-consulent Complexe Casuïstiek in Dronten. Je helpt inwoners zelfstandig deel te nemen aan de samenleving door Wmo-onderzoeken uit te voeren en hen optimaal te begeleiden bij hun ondersteuningsvragen.
Je werkt in een betrokken team, voert keukentafelgesprekken en stelt ondersteuningsplannen op. We zoeken iemand met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring, een HBO-opleiding en gedegen kennis van de Wmo. Wij bieden een uitdagende baan binnen een fijne werkomgeving.
