S&Z Consultancy zoekt een doorstroomconsulent voor 24 uur per week in Dronten. Je begeleidt jongeren die dreigen uit te vallen en ondersteunt hun overstap naar school of werk. Je regisseert trajecten samen met jongeren, ouders en professionals en organiseert casusoverleggen bij complexe situaties.
Je voert motiverende gesprekken, fungeert als vaste partner voor scholen en ketenpartners en levert proactieve voorlichting op scholen om verzuim te voorkomen.
