Staff Accountant

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support core accounting functions, including reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR assistance, and transaction management. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and experience working within a fast‑paced accounting environment. The position is contract‑to‑hire with opportunities for long‑term placement.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and review supporting documentation
• Prepare journal entries and assist with balance sheet maintenance
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes as needed
• Identify, research, and resolve missing or unrecorded transactions; collect and allocate as appropriate
• Enter automated transactions accurately and on schedule
• Assist with general accounting tasks and special projects as assigned

• 2–4 years of accounting experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Experience using Net Suite strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and with a team
