A Cell Manufacturing Associate II is available in the Cellular Therapy Production Center (CTPC). This fast‑paced lab focuses on cutting‑edge technology, research, and clinical immunotherapeutic programs. New personnel will be trained in project‑specific techniques and procedures.

• Manufacture and test T cell products with minimal supervision following established SOPs in a cGMP facility.
• Conduct aseptic technique applications.
• Passage, maintain, and cryopreserve cell cultures (e.g., T‑cell and tumor cell lines).
• Assist in developing and adapting new manufacturing procedures and analytical methodologies.
• Cooperate with QC and QA to ensure product quality and cGMP compliance.
• Assist in internal inspections and audits to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CTPC procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in biological science or related field with at least 2 years post‑degree research experience, OR Master’s degree with at least 1 year post‑degree research experience.
• At least 6 months hands‑on mammalian cell culture experience.
• At least 6 months hands‑on cGMP experience.
• Biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
