Meier Brothers Landscape is a growing, family-oriented landscape construction company serving residential and commercial clients throughout Southern California. We specialize in custom landscape construction, pools, hardscapes, irrigation systems, and high-end outdoor environments. Our team is known for exceptional quality, a collaborative culture, and long-standing client relationships.

We're looking for an experienced Landscape Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Manage landscape and construction projects, including pools, hardscapes, and irrigation systems
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
• Collaborate with foremen, office staff, and clients for smooth project delivery
• Review plans, identify cost-saving opportunities, and resolve on-site challenges
• Manage materials purchasing and change orders
• Maintain client communication and handle walk-throughs with municipalities, HOAs, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building standards
• Mentor and train project foremen and estimators

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in landscape project management or related construction leadership
• Experience with irrigation systems, hardscapes, erosion control, and California plant identification
• Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, negotiation, and client relations
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (On-Screen Takeoff a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, construction management, or equivalent experience
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
